Secure on-line registration was taken down at mid-day today, Friday 30th May, to allow for administration. Would delegates who wish to attend please print and fill in the pdf registration form below, and bring it to the registration desk, where a delegate badge will be printed.

This pdf form can be printed, completed by hand, and brought to the registration desk at the conference.
