List of entrants for the 2013 race - 8-21 May update

The pre-entry list is full, and entries received from Monday 11th March have gone on to a waiting list. 30-odd people have withdrawn so far. There are several on the waiting list. The entry list is still as on 8 May, but should be updated on Thursday morning, 23 May to reflect all definite entries, and all I know who are coming anyway in the hope of a race, if enough people drop out or don't turn up. It will possibly have more than 250 names on it. So, come on, sprain your ankle or something.

If any entrant realises they are not going to do the race, even up to the day before the race, please e-mail the organiser so that hopefuls on the island can be given a start number before the last moment. The first 20 or 30 on this list are likely to get a place as people gradually have to drop out. Please note that if, when registration is close to closing some time between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m., it is clear how many entrants have not turned up, that MAY be the time when people lower down the waiting list could be given a number. The limit is 250.

IF YOU ARE ON THE 0800 RIB FROM TAYVALLICH, PLEASE COUNT HOW MANY RUNNERS ARE ON BOARD AND GET SOMEONE TO RUN UP TO REGISTRATION TO LET US KNOW - BEFORE THEIR PLACES ARE DISHED OUT TO THE WAITING LIST.

If you are sure you are going to withdraw your entry, please let us know when you can, as it is often necessary for people to have to make travel arrangements in advance.

Withdrawals received before the formal closing date on 4th May are entitled to get a refund, or to donate to race funds, or to carry over towards next year's entry fee.
